Ordered a Nabi HD Square camera.Arrived with a chip on lens.

Has to pay for return shipping $14. They sent me a replacement but replacement also has a chip on the lens! Now they would not respond to any of my emails. Horrible company.

Tanya Brasier-Morris, was the Nabi CS rep "helping" me with my returns.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
