Nabi support worse than holding to talk to my insurance!
Started on hold at 3 for an hour and half just to be hung up on.Called back 2 hours and 30 minutes late same thing holding again im waiting 1 hour so far..
The password wont work. I ordered one online for christmas same thing wont be here till late figure fine whatever but now im cancelling the order! if they cant even fix the problem with the one i have now! OR answer the phone to fix it i will not spend my money for another!
ORDER CANCELLED!!!!!I went grocery shopping and ran to two stores while on hold all day!!!!!
