My twins received 2 for Christmas 2017 1 week later they both stopped charging returned them to toys r us got 2 more .. two weeks later another won't charge and I can't return it because toys r us is out of stock . Seems like the same story for everyone time for a lawsuit

Get your receipt and call 1-800-Ask-Nabi.One yr warranty.

They will help you. Fisher Price bought out nabi. They will walk you thru trouble shooting. If that doesn't work as about repair and a voucher for the trouble.

Much better staffing now and they helped me out a ton.Good luck.
