Terrible, I have been trying to contact nabi for several days, on hold for hours!!!I have taken screenshots with hold times.
I have purchased 2 dark side tablets on the 29th the money was taken out of my account the same day then on December 3rd I received an email stating my order was larger then anticipated so it will take longer and I'll receive an email with expected delivery date. Still nothing!!
I justwant to cancel and receive a FULL credit to my account!!I will seek legal action if this is not corrected.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of nabi tablet. Nabi needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
