We bought a son a Nabi Jr.,6 months later it stopped working. We couldn't return it back to the store due to their return policy so we called Nabi support several times in a six month period.

They leave u on hold for hours with no help. We finally got someone on the phone and they stated they couldn't replace it because it hit a year after the purchase date....very sad it hit a year the day we finally spoke to them;/
